Every organization differs in terms of revenue, product, team, and systems.  Setting and executing a strategy that synthesizes these factors to maximize growth is a significant challenge, whether it’s an early-stage company that needs to triple revenue in less than a year or a large hypergrowth company that seeks to increase revenue from $225M to $1.2B in 18 months. Eric has deep experience crafting and executing strategies at both ends of this spectrum.

GROWTH LEADERSHIP

Today, it’s mandatory to have growth leadership that is conversant in sales, marketing, product, and technology to deliver results based on a company’s unique needs.  Eric has hands-on and leadership experience across these disciplines, and delivers increased revenue and margin by assessing and aligning these disciplines.
