Here’s cheers to over 100 years! Today we celebrated two of the oldest Mourvèdre vineyards in the world, with Chester Osborn and Hewitson Wines Dean Hewitson showcasing decades of exceptional releases of these historical wines.
Hewitson's ‘Old Garden’ is the worlds oldest Mourvèdre vineyard, planted in 1853. d'Arenberg's ‘The Twenty Eight Road’ recently celebrated its 100th year and is the world's oldest planting that has been continuously vinified by the same family, dating back to 1918. |
