We have some new additions to the property! Owner, Lester Schwartz, has created two new 12 feet tall steel sculptures that he has just finished mounting. Lester likes to make sculptures from found objects and these are his newest pieces to welcome you into our tasting room. The one with the solid sphere at the top is called Chain Reaction One – Negentropy and the second one with the top sphere made out of interacting gears, pulleys and sprockets is called Chain Reaction Two – Entropy. The upside-down ball and chain sculptures are a metaphor for not being tied down and symbolize the escape and transformation from encumbrance into the kind of movement and interactivity that some might call disorder and others prefer to call freedom.
We would love you to visit the tasting room and see these latest works for yourself.
